This class builds on what students have learned in junior level to work together in group and individual improvisation which is a fantastic tool for building student confidence and creativity! The whole group gets to experience and be part of a journey together, creating a sense of togetherness through theatre work and performance. This class engages students in story making, ensemble work, creation, character making, improvisation, breathing and voice projection techniques, drama and theatre theory as well as confidence building skills. The benefits of this class are that it encourages positive social inter-action, developing communication skills and becoming more self-aware to help students become more well rounded individuals.
